For over 20 years, we have been an esteemed independent care provider committed to delivering top-quality care and advice. Our headquarters are located in Havant, and our services extend across a wide geographical area encompassing Portsmouth, Hampshire, and nearby regions.

We are a registered with the Care Quality Commission and members of the UK Home Care Association, we work in partnership with Social Services in West Sussex, Hampshire, and Portsmouth localities. Anthony Ward, our director, and Sharon Burlington, our Registered Manager, oversee our operations. Our staff receives comprehensive training from Educare Skills Training. Our Team leaders carry out comprehensive customer care needs assessment and regularly review services to ensure they continue to meet individuals care needs .

We regularly assess our staff’s performance through quarterly supervisions, appraisals, probation periods, and field reports to ensure that we maintain our high standards and fulfil our training and development requirements.

All our staff undergo Disclosure and Barring Scheme checks.
